Someone has used my email to sign up for TELUS.
Hi Was wondering if I could have any help with trying to contact TELUS online please - I want to speak to a real person, but not over the phone! Someone has joined Telus using my email address...
Thanks WestCoaster. I tried Twitter, but they told me they didn't have access to the database (?) so couldn't help. They recommended talking to the support team but I'm not sure how to do that since the online chat just keeps asking for my phone number and I don't have a Canadian phone number to put in.
