The abysmal customer service continues. I never heard back from anyone on here despite sending all details in a private message. And now I have received my bill where I have been charged more than double what I was offered. Interesting how Telus just ghosts their customers when things get difficult for them.
I recommend to anyone reading that you avoid Telus, or you can expect to be lied to and charged extra for it.- TELUS_Support22 days ago
