SIM swap scam
I got a message about a request to transfer my number to another service provider, and I can't get through to support. What should I do?

Was it a text message or email? Either way don't click on any links in the message and report it as FuzzyLogic suggested.
You can try using the online Chat to contact Customer Service. Answer "speak to a person" for all the Bot questions and eventually it will connect you.
