3 years agoHello. There's no leak. For years, scammers have used multiple ways to try to swindle people into giving their personal/account info over the phone.

I also received the loyalty department run around today promising to get me a $35/line 3 year credit for my mobility accounts and a free iPhone 16. The call was from (250) 335-6627 and I received an order confirmation email from [email protected] and a device upgrade confirmation email from [email protected] with what appeared to be a Telus service agreement attached. I am pretty sure this is the same scam that others have reported.
