My rewards points total
If i have had 2 or more Telus qualifying services for years (mobility + internet) why do i still have 0 Telus points accumulated to date?

Hey Mdsharkey - Few things, If you have had your services for years but never logged into [telus.com/rewards](https://telus.com/rewards) using your My TELUS credentials to complete the initial setup, the system treats your profile as an inactive rewards account and accumulates exactly 0 points.
