My rewards not working
Whenever I try to redeem a reward an error pop up cones up that says current unavailable to process this. I've tried the app, website, incognito modd, etc. What is the issue?

12 months agoFlyGirl the unique code may have hyphens in it; have you tried texting 7626 the code both with and without the hyphen(s)?

No, there is NO hyphens, I literally cut and pasted the code - TWICE I may add (as I got Telus to refund me the points after 2 hours on the phone) and then went and REBOUGHT the same promotion, and the NEW code has the SAME error...grrr.
To repeat there is NO hyphen in the code they text you...none. So not sure what you refer to when you ask about hyphens.
What would be fantastic is that you, or one of your colleagues, reaches out to me via email or here, and helps me to resolve before the Jaan 30th deadline...
