It's under the Telus Services category. I just used it a couple of days ago. Note that you can only redeem for Telus services credit once every 12 months.

- The bill credit option went away last year as far as I know. I got to use it twice but not in the past year.

This is correct; the option to redeem Rewards points towards your TELUS bill is no longer available, though as with anything else our team is always exploring catalogue opportunities for the future.
Disappointed with the telus points system. I have quite a few points. Can't use them for anything. What's the point in having them?
