January was Tellus bill
I wonder why I haven’t receive Tellus bill this January

We haven't heard of billing delays at all (other than some paper versions of course due to the postal strike). Have you received your bill yet?

TELUS_Support - I did finally get the January bill but the normal notification email for home services never came. The SMS notification for the mobility bill did arrive though.

My fault. I pointed out errors on mine so they recalled all invoices. 😁

Upon further looking, I don't seem to have a statement for January for both my home services or mobility. I checked both on the MyTelus app and the MyTelus website. Both only show December as the latest.
TELUS_Support Any chance you could look into this? 🙂
