Downloading Previous Telus Bills
Why is it when I want to look at a Telus bill from the previous month, or maybe 3 months ago, it downloads ALL the bills from the past 18 months? This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen on any ...

Official Support TeamHello! As stated, you should be able to see individual bills along with a more comprehensive history. Is that option still not showing for you?
I figured it out, not as straight forward as it should be. The first option should be downloading individually, shouldn't have to look for that option. I manage 2 businesses and two households, out of the websites and monthly payments I deal with, being monthly electrical, gas, phone bills etc., Telus has been the most difficult to manage.
Thank you for letting me know the option does exist, I just have to look for it more closely.
