Billing
As a 10+ years client….our bill went up 25% without notice? So I checked ,mobile packages and the price is still the same as it has always been? SO MY MESSAGE TO TELUS…”take your Donald Trump” way of doing business and stick it where the sun don’t shine! After 10+ years we are moving our business.

- dougaveNeighbourTOO late. AAA clients, getting a 25% increase, no notice is a horrible way to do business. We have moved on to another carrier for 1/2 the cost.VernaSent from my iPad

50 years ago we called this the "Rogers billing method". That is the other carrier who increased bills without notice and if you paid the bill, the small print says you have accepted the increase.
People should compare previous month bill to the increased bill. Cancel pre authorized payment and pay the previous month amount until settled. Of course then you lose the $5 incentive discount to have pre authorized payment. But good luck getting the increase reversed after payment was made.
