2 years agoHey TeLs - at that point we would encourage you to stay on hold as you lose your spot when you hang up. It would be best to speak with our customer service team to see if there's anything they can do to waive the fee or credit it after the bill comes but we can't guarantee what they can do

I already spoke with customer service and that didn’t bring me to a resolution of my issue. I waited for 2 hours after being transferred to another agent. 2 hours!
Can this issue be escalated somehow or can I send message to somebody to resolve it?
