Official Support TeamThey are indeed. We were made aware that the very first wave of calendars that were sent out have only been recently received, so we anticipate them to keep coming through to the end of February or so.
What a joke! I'm guessing your paper invoices are getting out in time? The last update said "end of January", now it's "end of February or so"? Terrible

We've noticed some delays with those as well. As it was a strike with Canada Post, it was unfortunately out of our control. Thanks.

Speaking to a Canada post mail carrier that delivers mail to our business she told me they're still clearing back logs. This was a few days ago. While mail is moving again, they still are playing catch up.
