Wireless box pairing screen not coming up
Hello. We are trying to pair our arris wireless box. We have been using it wired for awhile, because my husband didn’t know it was wireless. But we aren’t getting a pairing screen. No matter how many...
You may have to re-connect to ethernet to complete this:
Turn on TV
Press Menu on remote
Goto Settings
Choose Restart digital box.
or
press the physical reset button on the rear of the device.
Quickly disconnect the Ethernet cable.
The option to connect to Wi-Fi should appear.
