Watching recordings on iPhone

I just got the new 4K Optik box and supposedly I should be able to watch recordings on my iPhone  using the TV+ app. The app shows the recordings but says they are only playable on an Optik TV Digita...

Have you also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If that doesn't do the trick, send us a private message and we can investigate further.

    I reinstalled the app but it still won’t let me view recordings on my iPhone
