Voicemail

HI, Just recently upgraded to Purefibre all seems to be well,but my landline phone seems to have lost voicemail? do i have to set that up again? i really have not idea how to do that.any help would ...

HI,When i follow the steps as suggested i get a message "the call cannot be completed as dialed"? Thanks for the information but i am at a total loss at this point,i may have to start from scratch? Thanks

    Hmm, can you try these trouble shooting steps? 

    If *98 gives an error or dead signal: The phone line may be plugged into the wrong jack on the equipment. Ensure your home phone base is plugged directly into the TELUS Wi-Fi Hub / ONT "Phone 1" (TEL 1) port, not an ethernet or secondary port.

     

    If it keeps ringing and never goes to voicemail: Dial *94, wait a moment, and press a number between 2 and 9 to set how many rings occur before the call routes to voicemail.

     

    Resetting via Web: You can also log into your My TELUS account online under Home Phone Services to click "Reset Voicemail Password" if you get locked out.
