TV (No Signal) 8:30pm Sunday Night - NO ASSISTANCE
Hi - Could someone please explain to me why there is no one to help with Technical Issues on Sunday Night at 8:30pm?
I was left with not TV Reception - 7 Phone attempts later - I unplugged and tried several times to reset the Box and Modem - called every Telus Customer Service Number under the sun - No Human to be found !
Your "AI" system is beyond frustrating - I asked, very clearly, several times, for "Technical Support" - each time your "AI" connected me to me to Account Closures ?
What is going on at Telus????
