Well had a conversation today with Ralph out of Vancouver. He listened to my concerns and agreed this was not acceptable. Offered some compensation and that our current appointment situation will stay as cancelling these may result in other issues. If an earlier install of services can happen after the fibre is installed they will try to make it work. Says he will follow up to make sure I’m satisfied. Will not hold my breath. Maybe this is finally the last problem.
