Terrible communications

I tried to add a long distance package to my home land line account. What a terrible experience. The English communications of both the agents I had were very poor. 

I was very upset about having to give ethier my driver's license number or my social security number to add a ten dollar amount to my account,I have had for over thirty years. 

You disgust me Telus. The only thing that you have going for you, is that your competitors are just as bad.
