TelusTvMini Service

I recently got a text message that my PVR was no longer being supported and I was pushed into changing to the Telus TV Mini. Shipping was an issue ... long story short - I finally got the equipment and installed it. Since then I have noticed the following.

Its very slow to start up - often has no sound and requires a restart

Searching the guide no longer offers "more showtimes" so planning is limited. Also, the guide is very sluggish and slow to refresh, even within the same day. Just trying to see forward a couple of hours is a chore

Recording: playing recordings; there is no STOP available! No info provided as far as original air date, etc. When viewing, Fast Forward stops about 75% through and goes back to the start. ALSO, recordings are incomplete! Can watch a program until the last 8-10 minutes and then it's done. Who needs an ending?

Remote control is constantly losing connection. It reconnects every minute sometimes.

Overall: this system is far INFERIOR. I would have much preferred retaining my old 4K PVR.
