Telus TV Mini is terrible :(

Recently forced to "upgrade" my old Optik TV digital box to the Telus TV Mini and it is horrible! So many annoyances that make it much less user friendly/more cumbersome to navigate.

Now when I turn on live TV, there is no audio and the video is sped up. It does this for a few minutes then freezes all together. Strangely, only one channels seems to be working normally. Completely unusable if I have to reset it or reset my modem every time I want to watch TV. Extremely frustrated that I am paying so much for this downgrade in equipment!!
