Community Power UserIf you have the standard Optik TV boxes, the new one won't be compatible with them or use the same remote. Did you have one of these two boxes before?
Was it replaced with this one?
If yes, you may want to talk with Telus directly and see if they can get you one of the older boxes sent out.
