Telus TV+ app login issues iOS and FireTV

Hi, I’ve been struggling to log into the Telus TV+ app from iPhone, Apple TV and FireTV. I’ve researched and tried all troubleshooting methods and I’ve attempted to call Telus Support only to be hung up on. Really hoping someone here (or TELUS) can help me! Thanks.

    I can login on FireTV but I notice that it fails sometimes (close & retry) and takes about 45 seconds (at 5:30pm PST) when it succeeds. Maybe their system is overloaded and times out? It used to be quick to login.

    I was having login issues earlier but it's now working for me. I didn't change anything on my end.

    Log in issues. Error message on iPhone and Apple TV: Login failed. Sorry, an error has occurred.Please try again later. 

    error message on FireTV: Login failed. Error code…. The email address or password entered is incorrect. Please contact customer care.

    I had to remove the error codes as I can’t post a reply with them (flagged as HTML) 

    I can confirm my username and password are correct and work on both the Telus app and web browser

        Hi, yes I’m still having issues.

        I even tried to log on with a wrong password to see what it would say and it said “Login failed. The email and/or password entered is incorrect. Please try again. After 5 unsuccessful attempts your account will be locked for 1 hour.”

        So when I use my correct username and password, it seems it recognizes my username and password is correct but still says something is wrong with either the username or password. Help please!
