TELUS SUCKS
Only 19:00 and I can't get support to fix an issue that I pay WAY too much for.
Bots are the most useless things ever and we need to get rid of the **bleep** monopolies and get competition so I can tell Telus where to go. No, rogers is no better and now shaw is gone so even less options Hope telus reads this. Not that they care. The god all mighty buck is what they care about.

My exact same experience! Told 5 different things by 5 different people and can’t get anyone at all to take charge of resolving it. Terrible customer service.
