Telus pure fibre

I received a final notice from Telus in regards to our Condo board as they have not given permission for the removal of copper wiring & installation of the purifiber. The Condo Board asked for more information on what needed to be done in order to do the renovation apparently Telus did not get back to them. How do I contact the Telus division that deals with home installation I can give them the list of what the board wants to know prior to consent
