I totally agree with you!! I spent an hour plus on the phone with someone from Telus in September and they were going to update some things and order me some sort of new device which was to be delivered. Haven’t seen any change in our Wi-Fi and haven’t had any new devices delivered!! I really don’t have the time or the patience to call them again!! So frustrating having to deal with crappy wifi and a company that just doesn’t care about their long time customers!!
