Hi, I managed to get Alexa connected on one device earlier today, but when trying to connect around 9:30 PDT I got the same error as before. I was also having trouble just logging in to MyTelus -- it kept taking me back to the login screen and then I just got a "sorry" error. I'll try again during the day tomorrow.

I should clarify the problem was on a different Alexa device. I will try again tomorrow.

Well, this morning the "page not found" error appeared again, but Alexa was successful in finding the Optik boxes in our house! I would say the problem seems to have been solved for me, for now. The folks here have fixed something that phone customer support couldn't help me with at all.
Thanks to everyone for bringing this problem forward here, and for those who worked on it.
