Telus deleted emails and would like it restored

at the end of Feb 2025 telus deleted my history email this was done as part of the changes i was making since my husband passed away.  The email address was ine and not his.  They have snice restored restored my email address however not the historic emails  I have talked to at lease  3 different people  and many hours who all said they could restore but they haven't. The last conversation i had was yesterday where a very helpful person said it could be done but i would have to talk to a different determent.  After being transferred and waiting on line for 45 minutes the next department tell me they can't restore because since they moved to a gmail ( which i assue means google) they no longer have the history.  He said he was sending me an email that would tell me how to restore from Gmail.  I still wait for that email to arrive.  My emails must be somewhere!!
