Telus alters new contract without consent, raising price by over $20.00
I negotiated a new contract on July 7 for $152 per month tv and internet. Looked at my account today and there was a new contract on July 24 for over $170 per month with the addition of detour mini offer, and National Geographic mini offer, added to the contract that I didn’t authorize . I expect the contract that was negotiated will be honoured.

I tried uploading copies of the conflicting contracts here two days ago, got a notice saying they had to be approved. Still not showing.

Looks like my mobile discount was removed from my contract even though I am still with Koodo.
