Hello! I live in Provost, Alberta. There have been no Telus representatives in our town for a long time. There is an old Telus home phone or internet cable hanging on my house that has not been used...

Official Support TeamHello! Our team would be able to send a technician onsite to take care of it, but there would be an applicable charge associated with the visit. Another option outside of removing it yourself would be to ask for a contractor/electrician to take care of it. One note is that by removing the line, it may cause issues in the future should you or anyone else in that residence want service.
