Tapo indoor camera setup with Wi-Fi 7 booster

I have recently had Telus home internet service installed and cannot get live feed on TP-Link Tapo 225 indoor camera over mobile network. It works fine while the phone is connected to the home wi-fi. Spent 2 hours with tech support on the phone trying various things without success. The issue started right after I switched home internet service providers. Could this be a double NAT issue?

thanks!

FuzzyLogic brings up a good point about band-steering where you may have inadvertently set up the camera on the 5Ghz network but it only supports 2 Ghz. Can you give their suggestion a try to see if that helps?

I suspect the issue may be related to your wifi settings. I had a TP-Link smart plug that had issues connecting and had to temporarily disable the 5Ghz network to get things properly setup. Once it was working I could then turn the 5Ghz network back on.
