Smart Home Thermostat
We have had nothing but problems with our thermostat shutting down in the coldest days and during this past heatwave. The Support Team is no help! Replace the batteries and then blamed the furnace/...
Not sure what you mean. It stops working. I call Support and they reset it after I swear that I changed the batteries! Then after being on hold for an hour, they blame my AC or furnace.

- Who knows? We ended up getting a new AC unit. I still think the thermostat is partially to blame.

- I would love that! I was on hold for 1 hour and 1 minute. In the end they said it was a wiring issue with the new AC. The AC techs said they do not touch thermostats unless they are installing them.
