Slow download on 3G fiber plan
I'm connected direct to the NAH with a PC that has a 2.5Gbs network card and only getting ~700Mbps download. My PC limit 2.5Gbps the upload is what I'd expect but download is way off? Any ideas? ht...
May I ask, why fast.com? It only shows one reading without saying up or down, perhaps it is an average. Post 1 showed clearly up/down, Down being pitiful for service plan.

Official Support TeamHi Rocky3 - you need to expand the results in order to see the upload speed. I personally like fast.com as you can make the test take longer to get a good read on the speed test. In Ookla you have to select which server you're connected to and testing so without knowing the customer's location, it is an extra variable.
Plus I typically like 2-3 tests to average things out
