Cannot send emails on wifi

Hi, I have Telus Hub wifi and use Shaw email. All worked fine for years until last week; now my Outlook and Samsung apps receive, but cannot send, emails over wifi. It works fine when on Bell mobile network, and webmail works also. I contacted Shaw, but they have been unable to find a problem, all server settings are good, and they say Telus must be blocking outgoing emails. Any ideas?
