Setting the guide to your favorites only TelusTV-21T

Hi sportsguy1 can you try logging out of the box and relog in? You can do so via: settings -> account information -> switch account -> log out
Let me know if it changes anything after you relog!
I installed (3) TelusTV-21T boxes August 8th. After many hrs (too many) with tech support folks and modem reboots, tv box reboots and factory resets My Favorites still revert to scrolling All Subscribed channels.
Another wrinkle when boxes are powered off or go to sleep when reactivated My Favorites revert back to All Subscribed even though đź’ź's remain on all the selected Favorites. Hence you have to hit guide and options filter to reselect the button for My Favorites (infinite loop).
'Heart it and watch it" is more like "headache and ditch it"🥴
Hopefully Telus' Sept 20th update will "resuscitate it"đź’ź
