Samsung iPad galaxy tab A(2016)
I downloaded the new telus tv+ and it doesn’t work. I gave deleted, rebooted, and downloaded again but still doesn’t work keep getting errors
Android tablets need to be at least 8.0 OS or higher to support TTV+, can try updating the tablet first if it's not already updated.
Confirmed it works on a Samsung Tab A 2019 and 2022.
Not surprised that the TELUS app does not work, as I recycled my 2016 tab as it could not run modern apps.
TELUS should have blocked the installation on obsolete devices.
