Recordings unavailable; modem & box reset unsuccessful

Recordings unavailable on both Optik tv boxes. Reset both modem and TV boxes per Telus.com instructions but recordings still unavailable. TV’s connected to wifi and we can watch TV.   Chat support ...

    Try “Request a Callback” with the virtual assistant.

    Your account may need to be reset, or similar.
