Who knows? We ended up getting a new AC unit. I still think the thermostat is partially to blame.

- EJF6 months agoNeighbourI would love that! I was on hold for 1 hour and 1 minute. In the end they said it was a wiring issue with the new AC. The AC techs said they do not touch thermostats unless they are installing them.
