Official Support TeamUnderstandably frustrating. When you've spoken with our team and had them reset it, was it working or did that not resolve the issue at all?
Who knows? We ended up getting a new AC unit. I still think the thermostat is partially to blame.

- I would love that! I was on hold for 1 hour and 1 minute. In the end they said it was a wiring issue with the new AC. The AC techs said they do not touch thermostats unless they are installing them.
