Showing "My favourite channels" suddenly doesn't work
Hello, All my favourite channels still have hearts on the "Edit favourites" screen, and all my subscribed channels are there, but on the Telus TV 21T box, as well as in the Firestick app, the guide ...
I did the restart, I also unplugged it and restarted, but I'm still at 1.25.9.500.
What I found odd is after telling me there was no update, after restarting it was not fixed. Then a couple minutes later the TV freezes for a moment and after checking all back to as before with FAVS. Guess I am too used to a restart applying an update.
- Yes it worked for me as well, so everything is good now.
- My update worked as well. Still getting blank channels intermittently with the guide tho :(

I take it wrt to blank channels you are referring to the zero information in the channel(s) time slots on the guide when you open the guide to commence scrolling?
If so, that's been ongoing since I "upgraded" to the Android Telus TV+ boxes in Aug 2024.
Appears I'm not alone🥴
