Community Power UserHBO program schedule is not always 'on the hour' and I believe the schedule information is supplied by a 3rd party (Bell?).
Many of the programs are available to stream through Crave.
Understood. So, TELUS needs to fix this. It's not like I'm setting the recording time. I'm just selecting the show I want record.

As mentioned Telus has no control over the scheduling information that appears in the guide. This same information is used to record the shows. Unfortunately there isn't anything they can do about it.
Well then, they have a problem that needs solving. "there isn't anything they can do about it" sounds like a reason to switch providers.
