How do I upgrade to the new Optic box?

That link is for customers who are proactively migrated to our new Optik platform to complete their upgrade. Existing customers are being upgraded over time and when a customer receives the email, they're given that link to proceed. Entering your address on that page while not yet being proactively contacted by us will just throw an error.
