The TL;DR version is that this row is a complicated partnership between 6+ companies; streaming services, Google and TELUS. The team is looking into a 'remove' action but for now, you can do this remove action within an individual app (Prime Video, for example) and it reflects on the TELUS box after a restart/reboot/power cycle/new session (NOT a factory reset).
'Resume from your Apps' is a row that leverages a Google-specific API (also called 'Continue Watching' on Google TV devices). What this means is that it pulls bookmarks from Disney+, Apple TV and Prime Video (and Netflix, if your device is running Android TV 14). IF you watch something from one of these apps on a TELUS set-top box (or Google/Android device), the API generally remembers where you left off across devices. The refresh timing and appearance behaviour is determined by Google and varies by service, and the TELUS box simply acts as a pass-through. So when you watch something from Disney+, for example, you are in Disney's app, in their ecosystem, and TELUS has very little control of what they communicate to Google. I have found that Prime Video and Netflix are the most predictable, whereas Apple and Disney vary a little bit more.
That said, the team is investigating how we can implement press and hold actions on more rows on the Home page and if it is possible to do, we will endeavour to implement it on 'Resume from your apps'. You are able to go into the individual apps and remove items from continue watching, and this then reflects on the 'Resume from your apps' on the TELUS set-top box.

Replied to your request and still awaiting your help. Perhaps your software developers could provide a similar solution to the one for deleting resume recordings. eg: Press & Hold then Delete Here it is again: Two 21T One 24S All are Telus provided boxes which you can see on my account. “Resume From Your Apps” lists appear to be associated with the individual boxes and each box has different programs on it. Factory Reset on one box clears only that list. Assumption is the lists are specific to the box and not in the cloud. Note: Telus recordings are restored from your cloud account when box is reinstalled.
