Question about billing cycle

I activated my quick connect fibre optic line on April 29 but my billing cycle is shown April 10 - May 9. Is that not unusual?

joyita07 My billing cycle is 9 to 9 yours will likely be the same. Will prorated from the 29 april to may 9. Then may 9 to june 9 . Polecat
