Purefiber problems

Hello, 

My next door neighbor (on the same lot) has pure fiber and we have been asking for 3 years for it but it still says we aren't eligible. We have called Telus numerous times, including retention, who says they will follow up and never did. Can you please look into why we still aren't eligible three years later?
