You normally can't access the WAN IP from inside your LAN on most routers. I suspected that might be happening so that's why I asked you a few posts ago how you were testing.
You need to test from the Internet side via mobile data connection or another location.

This is the first time I've encountered this issue, neighbor's router and my T3200M which I set up a few years ago, didn't have this issue. Now, due to this issue, my work domain name IP and the WAN IP of my computer are the same, So I am unable to access the work domain from my computer . it's not just a small issue, but a problem that still needs to be solved. 😓
