It literally disappeared off the screen and suddenly no connection. When you try to open Outlook a blank screen appears with an outlook icon that keeps waving. The only thing you can do is close it.

2 months agoTo clarify, TELUS email is webmail-based and we don’t provide direct technical support for third-party email applications like Microsoft Outlook 365. That said, your TELUS email itself should continue to work through webmail, and Outlook issues are often related to app sync, profile corruption, or authentication changes rather than the email service being down.
What we can suggest trying is:
- Sign in to your TELUS email through webmail to confirm the account is active
- Remove and re-add the TELUS email account in Outlook using IMAP settings
- Ensure Outlook is using app passwords if prompted (this can change after security updates)
Because Outlook is a Microsoft product, Microsoft Support is best equipped to assist with restoring the application or resyncing it properly.
