Optik tv box worked perfect for the last 6 months. But stopped working last week, and now won't show up on my tv, got a new box sent out. Worked for 3 days...

I just got off the phone with telus support. I have a telus digital box that stopped working completely. She told me it just needs an update but I missed the website she said to go to. Can you please help me?
Assume you're talking about the android tv box? Have you tried it on another TV, or holding the reset down on the side of the box?
Yes, tried all that, new hmdi cable new port, reset box/entire network. Works for like 45 mins then nothing l, remote gets a white blinking light on it.
There are now several threads on here about the power supply being the problem. Go onto amazon and get a new power supply. I am disgusted that Telus knows this and is not just sending out power cords.
