OGDEN Outage - My previous post deleted

I signed up for a forum account earlier this evening, March 18, then wrote a post to the forum about home phone/911 services being down once again in my community, OGDEN, Calgary, AB.  The post was published, but now see it has been deleted – WHY??  No reply to my Neighborhood Forum Inbox, either, just delete my entire post.

The Telus Service Status page showed the Outage for Ogden beginning on March 16, was still active on the 17, then today, March 18, it was no longer there indicating the problem was resolved but I still don’t have home phone/911 access. My internet is working fine.

I would like to know why I still don’t have home phone landline/911 service?

    My landline phone is back up today, March 27, around 1pm, even though the Telus Service Status page still shows the Ogden Outage as active as of 3:30pm today, the last Update I viewed.
    Thank you for the Telus Bill credit/adjustment due to this extended Outage. (11.5 days for me)
    I appreciate the professional and sincere communications with Telus team members via the Neighborhood Private Messages.

    Although my specific address didn’t show on the Outage Map as being part of the Ogden Outage, which is often the case, my landline is back up which likely means the entire Ogden Outage area will be back up soon.
    What I don’t understand about these Outages across AB that are related to copper theft and has gone on for several years now, is why there seems to be no law enforcement action or political action taken via new Provincial laws enacted.
    One can only hope something is happening behind the scenes but I doubt it.

    This is Day 8 of the Ogden, Calgary, AB Telus Service Outage affecting Phone/911, which began March 16.
    When I zoom in the Service Status Map, it makes it appear that my area (66ave/18St SE), is not affected, which it definitely is.

    Last update was last night at 10pm, March 22, as of this email post. It stated there is no estimated date of restoration of services.
    Day 8 and they still have no idea when this will be fixed, not even an estimation???  Unbelievable.

      Hi - I tried replying to the PM, but when I open the reply box and type, no fonts show up, just a tiny dot that moves as I type; I tried many times.
      My general location is 66ave/18St SE.
