Yes, me too. I posted this same issue a few days ago but got no response. It is so frustrating. It works for awhile and then doesn't work.
Yep, it’s a bit nuts that they can’t figure out an ongoing solution. It’s leading me to avoid my Telus smart plugs in favour of cheaper and much more consistently reliable smart plugs.. which is very disappointing.
