Not able to use Alexa with Telus Home Assistant

An update: We identified the issue late last week and worked with our vendor to resolve the Skills issue. Our testing showed it was working fine as of Friday. Can you confirm that it is? If not, please disable it then re-enable it and try again.

Hi,
I have not been able to control the TV using Amazon Alexa since the last update. The best able to his turn the optic box on and off. It will not change channels, show the menu, or anything else.
Is there a solution?
