New fast forward
couple questions - 1. Why did you change the fast forward setting? It is very slow now and annoying even on the 3rd and fastest setting. Not sure why this need led to be changed, seems like a us...
It is the stupidest thing ever! Why can’t we fast forward and see the screen so we know approximately where to stop after the commercial. Both systems were dumb! Plus or minus 20 seconds is an option. Right now we weren’t given any notice or choice
